Ombudsman Channel
The Ombudsman's Office of CONSTRUTORA CIDADE is a corporate integrity tool that is part of the company's Compliance Program. Its purpose is to establish a communication channel between the company and society, in order to enable institutional improvement and contribute to a safe, positive and ethical business environment within the organization and the country. This service also receives complaints as provided for in Law No. 12.846/2013 and State Law (RS) No. 15.228/2018, Law (POA) No. 12.827/2021, Law (LGPD) No. 13.709/2018 and Law (CIPAA) No. 14.457/2022.
